To empower young people to stand up for themselves and their beliefs- be able to challenge policy and propose change (Social Action).

To provide emotional support for the young people who need it.

To provide educational support where required in the form of tutoring.

To redirect certain behaviours to positive channels, encourage accountability and build relationships.

To develop peer mentors and positive role models to encourage a ‘can do’ attitude.

To guide young people in their career choice and provide work experience if needed.

To bridge the gap between parents and their children through activities.

To develop leadership skills in young people.

To provide mentoring (1-2-1 and work experience) support for young people as needed.

To encourage young people to take responsibility for their community and give back to it through projects developed and managed by them.

Shadowing of key leaders e.g. Councillors, Magistrates & MP's etc
