Teesside is gearing up for a Taste of Africa that’s bigger and more colourful than ever before.
A Taste of Africa will return for its 15th year to celebrate Black History Month which runs throughout October.
The non-profit making event, which celebrates African culture, is to include African art, music, food, poetry, traditional performances, a talent show, dance performances and fashion shows.
The main celebration, at Middlesbrough Town Hall on Saturday, October 13, sees the addition of a health and jobs fair from 6pm, which will promote career opportunities for the black and minority communities throughout the region, followed by an amazing evening of entertainment with Live music, poetry, Azonto competition, Fashion Show and much more - And back by popular demand the Mighty Zulu Warriors will be performing
