Insightful? Sensitive to emotions? Caring? Motivating? Good listener? Hard working?    Easy to contact? Attentive? Assertive? Respectable? Role Model?

 

We need well intentioned people to be great, positive role models. Strong, independent individuals would be ideal to interact with young people for them to see these admirable personality traits. Mentoring is not a one off day job, it is an example that you live by in order for people to follow. You need to be able to nurture the talents and individuality in order for these impressionable young people to see past their skin colour and recognise their excellence.
