Estephanie Dunn originally trained as a General Nurse, Currently she is the first black female regional director for the RCN North West region.

Andy Preston is the founder of the Teesside Philanthropic Foundation. He Grew up in Middlesbrough. He has an MA for Edinburgh University and has successfully set up and managed his own financial trading business.

Dinah Bennett has worked in a variety of roles that support female economic empowerment and small business developments for over 25 years.

Yacouba Traore, a young asylum seeker for Ivory Coast, is a charismatic individual with a talent for I.T. He gained a triple distinction star on the BTEC extended Diploma in I.T.

Sade Sangowawa is the founder and Chief Executive of Cultures CIC she also is the founder of the acclaimed Taste of Africa event and Black History Youth Awards in Tees Valley. Sade has a passion for empowering youngsters and developing social capital in people.

Gary Bennett is a retired professional footballer. He started his career with Manchester City club as a Defender in 1981.

Gary is also an active participant in the Show Racism the Red Card campaign.He was inducted into the organisation's Hall of Fame in 2004, a year after his retirement in 2003.

Jasper Dausonni came to England in 2007 as an asylum seeker.He currently works with one of the largest law firms in the world; Slater Gordon Solutions.

Ranjana Bell in the Chief strategic independent Advisor for the Northumbria Police.

Most notably she was recognized at North East Heroes for services to minority ethnic groups in Tyne Wear and Northumberland.
